From the "Whatcha Think?" Department... Whatcha think about this:

Guy meets girl on a blog. Guy and girl get together. Guy proposes marriage to girl via blog post. Apparently, she said, "Yes." Would you think that was kewl or not kewl?

Whatever floats their boat, I guess. I wouldn't like it myself but I'm a grumpy ol' married broad so what do I know?

That all depends on whether they actually met and dated before he posted the proposal. If that's how they met, then I guess it would be appropriate and romantic. That must be what their into, so I think it fits.

Only reason I mentioned this is because I remember someone telling me that her boyfriend broke up with her via voice-mail. She was living with him at the time, so it was a message something like, "pick up your stuff; I don't love you any more." She was living in a New York apartment with him with a fixed rent (commonplace there), so having lost the apartment she had to move back with mom...which... you know.

If you propose via blog, do you divorce via blog, as well? That's kindof where I'm going with this one. The whole thing is so damn impersonal (like breaking up via voice mail).
