Ingie and Michael sittin' in a tree...

They got ENGAGED [as in "to be married"] officially last night with the ring and everything. Be still, my heart!

As untraditional as it may sound, proposals of marriage can come from either partner.

Congrats!!! Did they pick a date yet? (Link won't load for me, btw. Most likely my incredibly sucky dial-up to blame.)

That's odd; link works for ME and I'm on sucky dial-up, as well.

Date...sounded to me like Cinco de Mayo. Don't know which year, though. I'll try to chase one of the pair over here to answer that.

We're thinking Cinco de Mayo in 2008. The date is not exactly set in stone at this point, I just want to be out of school and have a decent job.

Congratulations!

I aslo couldn't get the link to show text, thought it did bring me to msn...

Could be cause i'm using Firefox...or it could be you are still using msn, and the article is a member only thing?

M, When are you graduating?

Two year, two months. That should be enough time to plan a whopper of a wedding!

(My non-linkified browser is FireFox, too.)

I graduate in the spring next year, I think in march. Hopefully I'll get a job before I graduate. They set up interviews at the school during the exhibition, so I'm trying to have a good portfolio done by then.

What are you looking to do?

With the whole portfolio bit, it sounds like graphics/rendering?

Game programming. As of now we've made dual API 3d engines, and we're working on skeletal animation right now. I'm still not sure where I want to specialize yet though.
